Who We Are

Mick Harris

Mick joined the group in 2006, playing the part of Mr Macoroni in the successful Mr Macoroni and the Exploding Pizza Pie. In his ten years with the group, he has appeared in many murder mysteries and numerous productions from one act to two act plays including the ever bumbling Inspector Drake brilliantly written by David Tristram. He has also directed a number of productions culminating in a success at the 2016 Duncan Rand Festival winning best play and best set with the play White Lies. Other festivals he has appeared in include the Southern Festival at Oxted and the 2016 festival in Faversham. His major contribution over the years has been his appearances in the pantomime playing a variety of parts from the Dame, Baron Hardup and the wolf in Babes in the Wood. He has also led the boys team to a successful victory in the Battle of the Sexes, an annual challenge played out at Cleave Warne Hall each year. Mick has contributed to the group technically providing assistance with sound and image projection. All in all, a major player in all aspects of the group!
